Teachers are like actors and actresses because they are the one that students look up too, that's why as a teacher you should be a good role model to your students, not only in the classroom but also outside the school.
In my observation, I saw my cooperating teacher how she discipline her students and how she teach her students a proper values. She teach her students a values in a simple way like when you want to borrow something you have to ask permission first to the owner, and by saying po and opo to the teachers, parents, and to the elderly.
It must be started to ourself when it comes on being a role model. In dealing with young students, we must possess a good behavior by watching our words and actions, because the students replicate what they see.
